Professional scenting in Almería

What it costs to scent a venue in Almería

The price goes by the area covered and the type of diffuser, standalone or connected to the air-conditioning ducts. These are the cases that come up most often in the province.

EXAMPLE: a 110 m² shop with a stockroom and toilet uses a FLOW on the shop floor, €39.90 + VAT, and a PULSE with neutralizer in the toilet, €29.90 + VAT. Total, €69.80 + VAT a month, with both refills included. From three diffusers there is a volume discount.

What the monthly scenting plan includes

A fixed monthly fee, with no setup fee and no technician visit. This is what it includes.

• The diffuser provided for as long as you are a customer, standalone or connected to the air-conditioning ducts.
• Fragrance every month in the amount the model uses, from 50 ml for the PULSE to 1,000 ml for the NOVA.
• A catalogue of more than 300 fragrances with neutralizers for kitchens, toilets and storerooms with a background smell.
• Free changes of scent handy in Almería to switch to citrus notes in the hottest months.
• Support and replacement of the diffuser if it fails, and cancellation with 30 days' notice. No minimum term.

How it gets started in Almería

Four steps, none of which require building work or a technician on site.

1. Tell us about your venue by calling 911 097 050: the size of each zone, whether there is a kitchen, toilets or ducted air conditioning.
2. Choose a fragrance from the catalogue. There are 5 ml samples at €1.50 to try in your own venue before deciding.
3. Receive the diffuser by courier already configured with schedules and intensity. Hang it or stand it up, plug it in and it works.
4. We adjust the cycle after a few days. With the dry air here, the intensity usually needs fine-tuning so it lasts the whole day.

Frequently asked questions about scenting in Almería

How much does it cost to scent a venue in Almería?

The BENDIS monthly scenting plan starts at €29.90 + VAT a month with the PULSE, for up to 7 m². A dining room up to 100 m² costs €37.90 + VAT with the LUME, a shop up to 120 m² €39.90 + VAT with the FLOW, and a duct-connected hotel up to 800 m² €69.90 + VAT.

Does BENDIS serve Almería?

Yes. BENDIS has its head office at Paseo de la Castellana 95, Torre Europa, planta 28, 28046 Madrid, and provides its service across Spain and Portugal. To Almería city and the province, from Roquetas to Mojácar, the diffuser is shipped by courier already configured, so no technician visit is needed.

How often does the diffuser need refilling in this climate?

Refills are monthly and included in the fee. A SENSE uses about 100 ml a month for €34.90 + VAT and an ORBIT about 300 ml for €54.90 + VAT. If Almería's dry air means the intensity has to go up, we take it into account when sizing the diffuser.

Does it work on the dusty-filter, stale smell from the haze?

Yes, starting with neutralizer. BENDIS uses neutralizers for spots with a background smell, such as toilets, back office and storerooms, and keeps fragrance for the main room. A PULSE in the toilet costs €29.90 + VAT a month, 50 ml refill included.

Is there a minimum term or upfront investment?

No. It works like renting with no minimum term: you pay no setup fee, you don't buy the diffuser and you cancel with 30 days' notice. A seasonal venue in Cabo de Gata can keep it active in the busy months and close it afterwards with no penalty. From three diffusers a volume discount applies.
