Professional scenting in Murcia

What it costs to scent a venue in Murcia

The rate is the same in Murcia as in the rest of Spain, and it is published. Monthly fee excluding VAT, with the diffuser and each month's fragrance included.

A real local example: an elongated bar in the Centro with a 100 m² room that needs two diffusion points instead of one, plus a toilet. Two LUME units (€37.90 each) and one PULSE with neutralizer (€29.90). Total €105.70 + VAT a month.

What the monthly scenting plan includes

It is a fixed price per zone. No setup fee, no installation fee and no stray invoices at the end of the month.

• The diffuser the cold-air nebulizer is included in the fee. It isn't bought separately and is replaced if it fails.
• Each month's fragrance you receive the refill for your model, between 50 and 1,000 ml a month depending on the diffuser.
• Distribution planning in narrow, deep venues we work out whether a larger diffuser or two diffusion points is better, before sending you anything.
• More than 300 fragrances a perfumery catalogue made in Spain, with 5 ml samples at €1.50 so you can smell them in your venue before deciding.
• No minimum term it is what the industry calls scent diffuser renting, but with no strings attached: cancel with 30 days' notice. From three diffusers there is a volume discount.

2. Choose the fragrance we send you 5 ml samples at €1.50 to test in your own venue, which smells different from any catalogue.
3. The diffuser arrives by courier it ships from Madrid already configured for your floor area and with the fragrance inside. No technician visit or installer needed.
4. Plug it in and it works it takes five minutes to place and is programmed by time slots. Every month you receive the refill at the same address.

Frequently asked questions about scenting in Murcia

How much does it cost to scent a venue in Murcia?

The BENDIS monthly scenting plan starts at €29.90 + VAT a month with the PULSE, for toilets up to 7 m². A bar or room up to 120 m² is covered with a FLOW for €39.90 + VAT a month, and a floor up to 600 m² with an ORBIT for €54.90 + VAT. Diffuser and fragrance included, no setup fee.

Does BENDIS serve Murcia?

Yes. BENDIS has its head office at Paseo de la Castellana 95, Torre Europa, planta 28, 28046 Madrid, and ships by courier to Murcia city, Cartagena, Lorca and the whole region. The diffuser leaves configured for your floor area and with your chosen fragrance, so no technician visit is needed. We have scented more than 500 spaces.

My venue is long and narrow: will the scent reach the back?

Not with a single, poorly sized diffuser. For an elongated venue we work out size and shape before sending anything, and sometimes two 100 m² LUME units at €37.90 + VAT each work better than one large diffuser at the entrance. That way the back is covered.

Does it work on kitchen smells?

That is what neutralizers are for: they act on the odour compound instead of covering it with perfume. They go in the back office, toilets and waste area, and fragrance is kept for the dining room and entrance. A PULSE with neutralizer costs €29.90 + VAT a month, with a 50 ml refill.

Is there a minimum term or installation cost?

Neither. The BENDIS monthly scenting plan has no setup fee or technician visit, and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. You can change fragrance or model when your venue changes. You can call 911 097 050 to discuss your case before signing up.
