Frequently asked questions about scenting in Alicante

How much does it cost to scent a venue in Alicante?

The BENDIS monthly scenting plan starts at €29.90 + VAT a month with the PULSE, for toilets up to 7 m². A room up to 120 m² is covered with a FLOW for €39.90 + VAT a month, and a reception up to 600 m² with an ORBIT for €54.90 + VAT. Diffuser and fragrance included, no setup fee.

Does BENDIS serve Alicante?

Yes. BENDIS has its head office at Paseo de la Castellana 95, Torre Europa, planta 28, 28046 Madrid, and ships by courier to Alicante city, Benidorm, Elche and the whole province, including the Marina Alta. The diffuser leaves configured for your floor area, so no technician visit is needed. We have scented more than 500 spaces.

Can I sign up just for the summer season?

Yes. There is no minimum term or setup fee, so you can activate the monthly scenting plan in May and cancel it in October with 30 days' notice. Many hotels and beach venues in the province do exactly that. The following year it is reactivated at no extra charge.

Where should the diffuser go in a venue with air conditioning?

Near the air-conditioning intake, not in front of the outlet. If it is placed in the cold air stream, the scent shoots towards the door and is lost. We tell you the exact spot for your venue before sending you the configured diffuser.

Does it work on the musty smell of a seafront storeroom?

Yes, with neutralizer. Sea humidity creates a background smell that fragrance alone can't cover, so the compound is neutralized first and then scented. A PULSE with neutralizer covers up to 7 m² for €29.90 + VAT a month, with a 50 ml monthly refill.
