What it costs to scent a venue in Ibiza

The price goes by the area covered and the type of diffuser, standalone or connected to the air-conditioning ducts. These are the most frequent cases on the island.

• Fragrance every month in the amount the model uses, from 50 ml for the PULSE to 1,000 ml for the NOVA.
• More than 300 perfumery fragrances and neutralizers for ground floors, storerooms and toilets with a sea-damp smell.
• Free changes of scent and blends from the catalogue so your venue has a recognisable note.
• Support and replacement of the diffuser if it fails, and cancellation with 30 days' notice, handy for a seasonal business.

How it gets started in Ibiza

Four steps, none of which involve building work or a technician travelling to the island.

1. Tell us about your venue on 911 097 050: size of each zone, whether there is a terrace, toilets, storeroom or ducted air conditioning.
2. Choose a fragrance from the catalogue. There are 5 ml samples at €1.50 to smell in your own venue before committing.
3. Receive the diffuser by courier with shipping to the Balearic Islands, already configured with schedules and intensity. Just place it and plug it in.
4. We adjust the cycle at the start of the season and lower it when the venue moves to its winter pace.

How much does it cost to scent a venue in Ibiza?

The BENDIS monthly scenting plan starts at €29.90 + VAT a month with the PULSE, for up to 7 m². A dining room up to 120 m² costs €39.90 + VAT with the FLOW, a beach club up to 600 m² €54.90 + VAT with the ORBIT and a WAVE floor-standing tower, up to 875 m², €79.90 + VAT.

Does BENDIS serve Ibiza?

To Ibiza, Formentera and the rest of the Balearic Islands the diffuser is shipped by courier already configured. As it is a Balearic shipment, we confirm lead times and conditions before you order.

Can I sign up just for the season?

Yes, there is no minimum term. Start in May and cancel in October with 30 days' notice, with no setup fee or penalty. That is what many venues in Playa d'en Bossa and Sant Antoni do. The lowest fee is €29.90 + VAT a month and you only pay for the active months.

Can a recognisable fragrance be created for my venue?

Yes. BENDIS creates exclusive blends from a catalogue of more than 300 fragrances so the scent is yours alone. In the island heat, citrus and fresh woody notes work best. You can try them first with 5 ml samples at €1.50.

Does it work on the damp smell of a ground floor or storeroom?

Yes, starting with neutralizer, not perfume. In port areas and ground floors near the sea the background smell appears even in August. A PULSE with neutralizer goes in, €29.90 + VAT a month with 50 ml included, and fragrance is kept for the main room.
