What it costs to scent a venue in Barcelona

The rate is the same in Barcelona as in the rest of Spain, and it is published. Monthly fee excluding VAT, with the diffuser and each month's fragrance included.

A real local example: a hotel in the Eixample with a 550 m² reception and lobby, a 95 m² lounge and two toilets. One ORBIT (€54.90), one LUME (€37.90) and two PULSE units (€29.90 each). Total €152.60 + VAT a month, fragrances included.

What the monthly scenting plan includes

It is a fixed price per zone. No setup fee, no installation fee and no stray invoices at the end of the month.

• The diffuser the cold-air nebulizer is included in the fee. It isn't bought separately and is replaced if it fails.
• Each month's fragrance you receive the refill for your model, between 50 and 1,000 ml a month depending on the diffuser.
• More than 300 fragrances a perfumery catalogue made in Spain, with 5 ml samples at €1.50 so you can smell them in your venue before deciding.
• Changes when you need them you can change scent or model if your venue changes. From three diffusers there is a volume discount.
• No minimum term it is what the industry calls scent diffuser renting, but with no strings attached: cancel with 30 days' notice.

How it gets started in Barcelona

3. The diffuser arrives by courier it ships from Madrid already configured for your floor area and with the fragrance inside. No technician visit or installer needed.
4. Plug it in and it works it takes five minutes to place and is programmed by time slots. Every month you receive the refill at the same address.

Can a large space in 22@ be scented through the air conditioning?

Yes. Duct models connect to the air circuit and spread the scent across the whole floor. The ATMOS covers up to 600 m² for €64.90 + VAT a month and the HALO reaches 800 m² for €69.90 + VAT, using about 350 ml a month. For 1,600 m² there is the NOVA, €94.90 + VAT a month and about 1,000 ml a month, which doesn't use ducts: it is a floor-standing tower placed upright, with no building work.

Is there a minimum term or installation cost?
