What it costs to scent a spa, zone by zone

The fee is per diffuser and per zone. These are list prices, with diffuser and fragrance included in the monthly fee.

Real example: an urban spa with reception (LUME, €37.90 + VAT), relaxation room (SENSE, €34.90 + VAT) and toilets (PULSE, €29.90 + VAT) pays €102.70 + VAT a month for all three zones, fragrance included. From three diffusers we apply a volume discount.

What the monthly scenting plan includes

No small print. This is what goes into the monthly price you see in the table. The plan is available in Spain and Portugal; in other countries you can buy the diffuser and order refills separately.

How it gets started

From first contact to a working diffuser usually takes just a few days.

2. Test the fragrance we send 5 ml samples at €1.50 so you can smell them in your own spa before deciding.
3. Receive the diffuser it arrives programmed. Plug it in and it works in 5 minutes, with no installation.
4. We adjust and refill we turn the intensity up or down based on what you notice, and the fragrance arrives every month.

Frequently asked questions about spa scenting

How much does it cost to scent a spa?

At BENDIS the monthly scenting plan starts at €29.90 + VAT with the PULSE, designed for toilets and changing rooms. An 80 m² relaxation room costs €34.90 + VAT with the SENSE, and a water circuit up to 600 m² €54.90 + VAT with the ORBIT. Diffuser and fragrance are included. The plan is available in Spain and Portugal; elsewhere you can buy the diffuser with delivery across Europe.

Is the diffuser noisy in the relaxation room?

No. The BENDIS SENSE runs below 30 dB, so it can't be heard in a relaxation room or treatment room. It covers up to 80 m² for €34.90 + VAT a month and is scheduled by time slots, so it only diffuses during treatment hours and stops at closing.

Does the scent interfere with treatment oils?

Not if the intensity is adjusted. In treatment rooms we work at minimum or leave the area unscented, as the centre decides. BENDIS sends 5 ml samples at €1.50 so you can test the fragrance alongside your oils before settling on anything. You can change the intensity whenever you like.

Can the diffuser handle the humidity of the water area?

Yes, as long as it is placed out of direct reach of the steam. In saunas, showers and changing rooms BENDIS uses neutralizers, which act on the chlorine and stale-air smell instead of masking it. For those areas the ORBIT covers up to 600 m² for €54.90 + VAT a month, using 300 ml.

Can I have a different scent in each zone?

Yes. Each zone has its own diffuser and fragrance, and the fee is per diffuser: €34.90 + VAT for the SENSE, €37.90 + VAT for the LUME. The AURA 5 handles up to five fragrances in one unit for €59.90 + VAT a month. BENDIS has more than 300 fragrances in its catalogue.
