What it costs to scent a shop, zone by zone

The fee is per diffuser and per zone. These are list prices, with diffuser and fragrance included in the monthly fee.

Real example: a fashion store with entrance (LUME, €37.90 + VAT), sales floor (FLOW, €39.90 + VAT) and fitting rooms (PULSE, €29.90 + VAT) pays €107.70 + VAT a month, fragrance included. With three diffusers the volume discount already applies.

What the monthly scenting plan includes

The monthly price in the table has no hidden extras. This is what it covers. The plan is available in Spain and Portugal; in other countries you can buy the diffuser and order refills separately.

• Fragrance every month you receive the refill your diffuser uses, with more than 300 fragrances made in Spain to choose from.

• Shipping to Spain and Portugal the diffuser arrives configured and ready to plug in, with no technician visit.
• No minimum term cancel with 30 days' notice, and with three or more diffusers a volume discount applies.

How it gets started

From the first call to a great-smelling store there are four steps.

1. Tell us about your store size of the sales floor, fitting rooms and stockroom, and how many points of sale you have. Phone +34 911 097 050.
2. Test the fragrance 5 ml samples at €1.50 to smell in the store, with your products and lighting.
3. Receive the diffusers they arrive programmed by time slots. Plug them in and they work in 5 minutes.
4. We adjust and refill we increase intensity at the entrance, lower it at the checkout and deliver the fragrance every month.

How much does it cost to scent a shop?

At BENDIS the monthly scenting plan starts at €29.90 + VAT with the PULSE for a fitting room. A sales floor up to 120 m² costs €39.90 + VAT with the FLOW, and a floor up to 600 m² €54.90 + VAT with the ORBIT. Diffuser and fragrance included. The plan is available in Spain and Portugal; elsewhere you can buy the diffuser with delivery across Europe.

Can I have an exclusive scent for my brand?

Yes. BENDIS creates its own blends from a catalogue of more than 300 fragrances, so the result is recognisable and yours alone. We send 5 ml samples at €1.50 until we find the blend, and that fragrance is refilled every month with no change to the fee.

How do I replicate the same scent across several stores?

With one diffuser per store and the same fragrance in the monthly refill. The BENDIS fee is per diffuser, so five stores with a LUME each come to €37.90 + VAT per store, with a volume discount above three diffusers. We serve Spain and Portugal with the monthly plan; for stores elsewhere in Europe you can buy the diffusers.

Does it work for fitting rooms and stockrooms?

Yes. In fitting rooms BENDIS places the PULSE, which covers up to 7 m² for €29.90 + VAT a month using 50 ml. In the stockroom, where textile and stale-air smells build up, neutralizer is used instead of fragrance, because it acts on the odour instead of masking it.

Is any building work or installation needed?

No. BENDIS standalone diffusers run plugged in and take 5 minutes to place, with no setup fee or technician visit. Only large stores that want to diffuse through the air-conditioning ducts need a connection to the system, with the ATMOS up to 600 m² for €64.90 + VAT or the HALO up to 800 m² for €69.90 + VAT a month. The WAVE, up to 875 m² for €79.90 + VAT, doesn't use ducts: it is a floor-standing tower placed upright, with no building work.
