What it costs to scent a real estate agency or showroom, zone by zone

The fee is per diffuser and per zone. These are list prices, with diffuser and fragrance included each month.

Real example: an agency with an office (SENSE, €34.90 + VAT), show flat (LUME, €37.90 + VAT) and show flat bathroom (PULSE, €29.90 + VAT) pays €102.70 + VAT a month, fragrance included. From the third diffuser a volume discount applies.

What the monthly scenting plan includes

The monthly price in the table covers all of the following. The plan is available in Spain and Portugal; in other countries you can buy the diffuser and order refills separately.

• The diffuser the cold-air nebulizer is included in the fee, on a rental basis, with no setup fee or upfront investment.
• Fragrance every month you receive the refill your diffuser uses, choosing from more than 300 fragrances made in Spain.
• Diffusers that move standalone models only need a socket, so the diffuser travels to whichever property you are showing.
• Neutralizers for closed-up flats smelling of damp or building work, where a neutralizing product works better than fragrance.
• No minimum term cancel with 30 days' notice, and with three or more diffusers there is a volume discount.

How much does it cost to scent a show flat or showroom?

At BENDIS the monthly scenting plan starts at €29.90 + VAT with the PULSE for a bathroom. A show flat up to 100 m² costs €37.90 + VAT with the LUME, and a showroom up to 120 m² €39.90 + VAT with the FLOW. Diffuser and fragrance included. The plan is available in Spain and Portugal; elsewhere you can buy the diffuser with delivery across Europe.

Can I move the diffuser between properties?

Yes. BENDIS standalone diffusers only need a socket, so you can take the LUME at €37.90 + VAT a month to whichever flat you are showing that week. There is no installation or technician visit, and setting it up in the new property takes about 5 minutes.

Which fragrance should I use for a viewing?

Clean, neutral notes at low intensity, like freshly washed laundry or soft citrus. A strong scent makes people think something is being covered up. BENDIS has more than 300 fragrances and sends 5 ml samples at €1.50 to try in the flat itself before deciding.

Does it work in a flat that smells of damp or stale air?

There BENDIS uses neutralizer, not fragrance, and always after airing the flat and fixing the cause. Scent alone won't fix damp. For a flat up to 100 m² the diffuser is the LUME, €37.90 + VAT a month using 150 ml, and it is cancelled when the property sells.

What happens if I sell the flat and no longer need it?

Nothing. The BENDIS plan has no minimum term: cancel with 30 days' notice, with no penalty. There is no setup or removal fee either. In the meantime you can move the same diffuser to another property in your portfolio and keep paying the same €37.90 + VAT a month.
