Professional scenting in Bremen

Scenting restaurants, offices and shops in Bremen

Along the Schlachte, the promenade on the Weser, and in the Viertel (Ostertor and Steintor) you find most of the bars and restaurants, many in old houses with open kitchens and a cellar. There the scent must not compete with the food: kitchen and toilet smells are neutralised and the dining room gets a light fragrance.

In the Schnoor and on Böttcherstrasse, shops and cafés are small with low ceilings, so one compact, well-scheduled unit is enough. In the Überseestadt, the old port warehouses have become offices, lofts and showrooms with a lot of air volume: those spaces need a unit with headroom.

Bremen's climate is damp and rainy, and you notice it in entrances and cellars. For trade fairs and conferences at Messe Bremen, a plug-in unit travels with you and is scheduled from the app. We also ship to Bremerhaven, Delmenhorst, Achim and Oyten on the same terms. Advice is remote, with floor area and photos by WhatsApp or e-mail.

How much does professional scenting cost in Bremen?

In Germany you buy the unit: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

For very small spaces there is the ROAM (up to 4 m², 59,99 €), and for large areas the WAVE (up to 875 m², 224,99 €). Refills: 150 ml for 29,99 € and 250 ml for 34,99 €. A monthly subscription in the same size costs 10% less (26,99 € and 31,49 €), cancel anytime. Shipping to Germany: 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.

A typical Bremen example: a 400 m² office in an old Überseestadt warehouse, with a meeting room. An ORBIT on the main floor (149,99 €) and a SENSE in the meeting room (89,99 €): 239,98 €, paid once. Together they use about 400 ml of fragrance a month.

Professional scenting in Bremen: frequently asked questions

How do you scent a restaurant on the Schlachte without masking the kitchen?

In two steps: a neutraliser in the toilets or near the kitchen, which removes the smell instead of covering it, and in the dining room a FLOW (79,99 €, up to 120 m²) on low intensity with a clean citrus or tea fragrance. You schedule it to run before opening and between services.

Which unit do I need for an office loft in the Überseestadt?

In a converted warehouse it is the volume that counts, not just the square metres. For a floor of up to 600 m² we recommend an ORBIT (149,99 €), and if the building has ducted ventilation, a HALO (194,99 €) connected to it. With photos and the ceiling height we tell you how many units you need.

How long does delivery to Bremen take, and are there customs charges?

7 calendar days at most from order confirmation, with a tracking number by e-mail. Germany is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties and German VAT is already included. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.

Can I try the fragrances before deciding?

Yes. With your first order we include 5 ml samples so you can smell them in your own space. If you prefer a sample, order it with your next refill.

Is there a monthly plan with the diffuser included in Germany?

No. The monthly plan with diffuser and fragrance included is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In Germany you buy the diffuser and can subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less.
