Professional scenting in Bonn

Scenting offices, clinics and hotels in Bonn

In the Bundesviertel, between the UN Campus, the federal ministries and the World Conference Center, there are many offices, meeting rooms and conference hotels. These buildings have ducted air conditioning and large receptions, where a discreet, clean scent makes a good first impression without bothering anyone in long meetings.

Bad Godesberg has many medical and dental practices, clinics and hotels in old villas. A waiting room works best with a soft, fresh fragrance, and toilets and treatment rooms with a neutraliser that removes the smell instead of covering it.

Shops and cafés are in the Altstadt and around Münsterplatz, and in Poppelsdorf, next to the university, bars and small venues are busy all day. We also ship to Sankt Augustin, Siegburg, Troisdorf and Königswinter on the same terms. Advice is remote, with floor area and photos by WhatsApp or e-mail.

Professional scenting in Bonn: frequently asked questions

Which unit suits an office in the Bundesviertel?

If the building has ducted air conditioning, a HALO (up to 800 m², 194,99 €) connected to it spreads the scent across every floor from a single point. Without ducts, one ORBIT (149,99 €, up to 600 m²) per floor and a SENSE (89,99 €) at reception. For meeting rooms we recommend low intensity.

Which scent suits a medical practice in Bad Godesberg?

A clean, soft fragrance (cotton, white tea or citrus) on low intensity in the waiting room, and a neutraliser in toilets and treatment rooms. The clinical smell disappears without patients noticing a strong perfume. With the 5 ml samples in your first order you can test it before deciding.

How long does delivery to Bonn take, and are there customs charges?

7 calendar days at most from order confirmation, with a tracking number by e-mail. Germany is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties and German VAT is already included. Shipping costs 19,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg.

Can I try the fragrances before deciding?

Yes. With your first order we include 5 ml samples so you can smell them in your own space. If you prefer a sample, order it with your next refill.

Is there a monthly plan with the diffuser included in Germany?

No. The monthly plan with diffuser and fragrance included is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In Germany you buy the diffuser and can subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less.
