Care home scenting and odour control in Málaga

Short answer: in Málaga and on the Costa del Sol a care home has to smell clean to two audiences: local families and families from abroad who compare it with what they know at home. You get there by neutralising urine and damp odours in bathrooms, rooms and corridors, and with a soft fragrance at the entrance. Monthly plan from €29.90 + VAT per area, diffuser and product included.

The province of Málaga has care homes in the city (Teatinos, El Limonar, Ciudad Jardín) and many along the coast, in Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella or Estepona, home to a large community of residents from northern Europe. In those homes the decision is often made by a son or daughter living in the UK, Germany or Scandinavia who visits a couple of times a year. The first impression at reception counts even more.

The climate is mild, but coastal humidity is constant, especially on ground floors and in buildings near the sea. We combine Jasmine neutraliser for urine with Aloe Vera where it smells of damp, and fragrance only in entrance areas.

How we work with care homes in Málaga

No site visits: photos and the size of each area by WhatsApp, to info@bendis.es or on +34 911 09 70 50. If management or the owning group prefers the proposal in English, we send it in English. We send 5 ml samples, the safety data sheets and, once confirmed, the diffusers configured at low intensity.

Frequently asked questions about care homes in Málaga

How do I remove damp odour in a care home near the sea?

Ventilation and humidity control where possible, and a nebuliser with Aloe Vera neutraliser on the lower floors. In bathrooms and rooms, Jasmine for urine.

Can you prepare the proposal in English?

Yes. Many Costa del Sol care homes have English-speaking management or families, and we prepare the proposal in the language you prefer.

How much does it cost?
