Care home scenting and odour control in Bilbao

Short answer: in Bilbao the smell in a care home is almost always a mix of urine and damp. First neutralise the damp on ground floors, in the laundry and corridors with Aloe Vera neutraliser, and the urine in bathrooms and rooms with Jasmine; then a soft fragrance at reception. Frequently asked questions about care homes in Bilbao

How do I get rid of damp odour in a care home?

Ventilation, dehumidification where needed and a nebuliser with Aloe Vera neutraliser in the affected areas. The neutraliser doesn't dry the wall: it treats the odour left in the air.

Which fragrance suits the north?

At reception, something soft and slightly warmer than in the south, such as cotton or green tea with a light woody base. Always at low intensity.
