Professional scenting in Extremadura

What it costs to scent a venue in Extremadura

The price goes by the area covered and the type of diffuser, standalone or connected to the air-conditioning ducts. These are the most common cases in the region.

EXAMPLE: a boutique hotel in Trujillo with a 60 m² reception, a 90 m² dining room and one toilet uses a SENSE, €34.90 + VAT, a LUME, €37.90 + VAT, and a PULSE with neutralizer, €29.90 + VAT. Total, €102.70 + VAT a month, with a volume discount for three diffusers.

What the monthly scenting plan includes

A fixed monthly fee. No setup fee, no technician visit and no extra invoices.

• The diffuser provided for as long as you are a customer, standalone or connected to the air-conditioning ducts.
• Fragrance every month in the amount the model uses, from 50 ml for the PULSE to 1,000 ml for the NOVA.
• More than 300 fragrances and neutralizers for wine cellars, basements and toilets in old buildings with a musty smell.
• Free changes of scent handy for using citrus in 40-degree summers and warmer notes in winter.
• Support and replacement of the diffuser if it fails, and cancellation with 30 days' notice. No minimum term.

How it gets started in Extremadura

Four steps, none of which touch the building's structure, which is key in historic quarters.

1. Tell us about your venue on 911 097 050: size of each zone, whether there is a patio, kitchen, basement or ducted air conditioning.
2. Choose a fragrance from the catalogue. There are 5 ml samples at €1.50 to smell in your own venue before deciding.
3. Receive the diffuser by courier already configured with schedules and intensity, in Cáceres, Mérida, Badajoz or wherever your business is.
4. We adjust the cycle over the phone depending on how the room behaves, which with stone walls isn't the same as in a modern venue.

Frequently asked questions about scenting in Extremadura

How much does it cost to scent a venue in Extremadura?

The BENDIS monthly scenting plan starts at €29.90 + VAT a month with the PULSE, for up to 7 m². A reception up to 80 m² costs €34.90 + VAT with the SENSE, a dining room up to 100 m² €37.90 + VAT with the LUME and a 600 m² event hall €54.90 + VAT.

Does BENDIS serve Extremadura?

Yes. BENDIS has its head office at Paseo de la Castellana 95, Torre Europa, planta 28, 28046 Madrid, and works throughout Spain and Portugal. To Cáceres, Mérida, Badajoz and the rest of the region the diffuser is shipped by courier already configured, so no technician visit is needed.

Can it be used in a listed building?

Yes, because there is no building work or fixing. BENDIS standalone diffusers only need a socket and stand or hang without drilling. A PULSE costs €29.90 + VAT a month and a SENSE, for up to 80 m², €34.90 + VAT. It is the usual option in hotels in the historic centre of Cáceres.

Does it work on the damp in an old building?

Neutralizer greatly reduces the musty smell of thick walls and basements, although the structural cause needs fixing separately. BENDIS includes neutralizers in the same catalogue as its more than 300 fragrances, and they go in cellars and toilets before scenting the main room.

Do I have to buy the diffuser or commit to a minimum term?

No. It works like renting with no minimum term: the diffuser is included in the fee, you pay no setup fee or technician visit and you cancel with 30 days' notice. A rural guesthouse that only works in high season can activate it for those months. From three diffusers a volume discount applies.
