Professional scenting in Valladolid

What it costs to scent a venue in Valladolid

The price depends on the area to cover and whether the diffuser is standalone or connected to the air-conditioning ducts. These are the cases we are asked for most in the city.

EXAMPLE: a tapas bar with a 70 m² bar and room and one toilet uses a SENSE at the bar, €34.90 + VAT, and a PULSE with neutralizer in the toilet, €29.90 + VAT. Total, €64.80 + VAT a month, with both refills included. From three diffusers there is a volume discount.

What the monthly scenting plan includes

A fixed monthly payment, with no setup fee and no technician visit. This is what it includes.

• The diffuser provided for as long as you are a customer, standalone or connected to the air-conditioning ducts.
• Fragrance every month in the amount the model uses, from 50 ml for the PULSE to 1,000 ml for the NOVA.
• More than 300 fragrances and neutralizers for toilets, back offices and open kitchens, which is where it shows most in tapas bars.
• Free changes of scent and intensity useful for lowering the cycle in winter, when heating intensifies sweet notes.
• Support and replacement of the diffuser if it fails, and cancellation with 30 days' notice. No minimum term.

How it gets started in Valladolid

Four steps, none of which require building work or a technician on site.

1. Tell us about your venue on 911 097 050: size of each zone, whether there is a bar, open kitchen, toilets or ducted air conditioning.
2. Choose a fragrance from the catalogue. There are 5 ml samples at €1.50 to smell in your own venue before deciding.
3. Receive the diffuser by courier already configured with schedules and intensity. Hang it or stand it up, plug it in and you are done.
4. We adjust by season in the dry summer the cycle goes up a little, and in winter, with heating on, it comes down so the room doesn't feel heavy.

Frequently asked questions about scenting in Valladolid

How much does it cost to scent a venue in Valladolid?

The BENDIS monthly scenting plan starts at €29.90 + VAT a month with the PULSE, for up to 7 m². A bar up to 80 m² costs €34.90 + VAT with the SENSE, a dining room up to 100 m² €37.90 + VAT with the LUME and an office up to 120 m² €39.90 + VAT with the FLOW.

Does BENDIS serve Valladolid?

Yes. BENDIS has its head office at Paseo de la Castellana 95, Torre Europa, planta 28, 28046 Madrid, and serves all of Spain and Portugal. To Valladolid and the province, including Laguna de Duero, Tordesillas and Medina del Campo, the diffuser arrives by courier already configured, with no technician visit.

Does it work for a venue with a narrow bar?

Yes. The smallest model, the PULSE, covers up to 7 m² for €29.90 + VAT a month and fits in toilets and bar corners. For the room of a tapas bar the usual choice is a SENSE for up to 80 m² at €34.90 + VAT, which runs below 30 dB and doesn't disturb anyone.

Do I need to change the scent between winter and summer?

It isn't necessary, but it helps. With the heating of a Valladolid winter, sweet notes intensify and something fresher or a lower intensity usually works better. Changes of fragrance are free while you are a BENDIS customer, and the catalogue has more than 300 references.

Do I have to buy the diffuser or commit to a minimum term?

No. It works like renting with no minimum term: the diffuser is included in the fee, you pay no setup fee or technician visit and cancellation needs 30 days' notice. If you start with the main room and later add toilets and back office, a volume discount applies from the third diffuser.
