Office Scent Diffusers in Belgium

BENDIS sells professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain to offices, coworking spaces and headquarters across Belgium. An office of up to 120 m² is scented with a FLOW at €79.99 including VAT, and an open-plan floor of up to 600 m² with an ORBIT at €149.99. You buy the unit once, it arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no visits.

In Brussels, between the European Quarter, Avenue Louise and the North district, federations, consultancies, law firms and company representations receive international visitors every day. In Antwerp, the port and the diamond trade; in Ghent and Leuven, tech and university spin-off companies. Everywhere, the reception and meeting rooms are the face of the company, and smell is part of that first impression.

In Belgium the Code on Well-being at Work sets minimum indoor air quality in workplaces, so the diffuser does not replace ventilation: it complements it. We use fresh notes, low intensity and schedules that follow the working day. With a damp climate and offices closed up for much of the year, windowless rooms get stuffy fast, and a SENSE scheduled by the hour makes the difference.

We support you in French by phone, WhatsApp or email, and in writing in Dutch. BENDIS is based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95), publishes its prices and ships across the European Union.

Office scenting in Belgium: FAQ

Which scent diffuser suits an office in Belgium?

Up to 120 m² the FLOW (€79.99); for an open-plan floor up to 600 m² the ORBIT (€149.99); at reception the LUME (€109.99); in restrooms a PULSE with neutraliser (€72.99). Prices include VAT.

Does the scent bother employees?

Not at low intensity, with pauses and fresh notes. Anyone who prefers gets an unscented area, and the unit focuses on reception, rooms and restrooms.

Can an office building be scented through the ducts?

Yes. The HALO (up to 800 m²) and the NOVA (up to 1,600 m²) connect to existing air conditioning without building work. You only need access to the air handling unit.

How long does shipping to Belgium take, and are there customs fees?

7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with tracking. Shipping within the European Union: no customs, VAT included. It costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.

Is there a monthly plan in Belgium?

No. The plan with equipment and fragrance included (what the industry calls scent diffuser rental) is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In Belgium you buy the unit, it is yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance.
