Hotel Scent Diffusers in Belgium
BENDIS sells professional cold-air scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain to hotels across Belgium: business hotels in Brussels' European Quarter, boutique hotels in Ghent and Antwerp, and coastal hotels in Knokke or Ostend. You buy the unit once, from €72.99 including VAT. It arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no visits.
Brussels runs to the rhythm of the EU institutions: weeks of summits and councils with full hotels and lobbies welcoming several delegations at once, then much quieter weekends. In the app you schedule more intensity on busy days and less on Sundays. In Ghent, Antwerp or Liège many hotels sit in townhouses or converted warehouses without ducts, where standalone units per area are the solution with no building work.
Belgium's climate is oceanic: frequent rain, damp and wet coats at reception for much of the year. A stale smell builds up in carpeted corridors and cloakrooms, so we pair fragrance in the lobby with odour neutraliser where damp collects. Stars are awarded by each region (Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels each have their own system), but everywhere a recognisable scent helps guests remember the hotel.
We support you in French by phone, WhatsApp or email, and in writing in Dutch. BENDIS is based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95), publishes its prices and ships across the European Union.

Hotel scenting in Belgium: FAQ
How much does it cost to scent a hotel in Belgium?
A lobby is scented with an ORBIT (up to 600 m²) for €149.99 and a hotel with ducts with a HALO (up to 800 m²) for €194.99. Prices include VAT; after that you only pay for fragrance.
Can an old building without ducts be scented?

7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with email tracking. Belgium is in the European Union: no customs, VAT included. Shipping costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.
Can I rent scent diffusers in Belgium?
No. The monthly plan with equipment and fragrance is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In Belgium you buy the unit and can subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less.
Which languages do you support?
French, English or Spanish by phone and WhatsApp, and Dutch in writing too. The app and instructions are available in English.
