Hotel scenting in Lisbon
Short answer: in a hotel in Lisbon, scent matters in three places: the lobby, the guest-floor corridors and the bathrooms. If the building has ducted air conditioning, the ATMOS (600 m²) or the HALO (800 m²) connect to the system and scent the public areas evenly; if not, an ORBIT (600 m²) in the lobby and FLOW or PULSE units in corridors and toilets. In Lisbon, many hotels are in Baixa, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade and Alfama. The subscription includes the unit, each month's fragrance or neutraliser and shipping to mainland Portugal, with no minimum term (30 days' notice); volume discount from three units. Example: a boutique hotel with a HALO connected to the lobby ducts, two FLOW in the corridors and two PULSE in the public toilets come to €209.50 + VAT per month. If you prefer to buy, shipping to mainland Portugal is free from €60.

You get a zone-by-zone proposal with public prices, 5 ml samples with your first order and the safety data sheet for every product. Which diffuser connects to the hotel air conditioning?
Only the ATMOS (up to 600 m², €229.99) and the HALO (up to 800 m², €194.99) connect to the air-conditioning ducts (HVAC), with the €12.99 connection kit. The other models, such as the FLOW or the ORBIT, are standalone: you place them and plug them in.
How much does it cost to scent a hotel in Lisbon?
It depends on the size. For a boutique hotel with a lobby, two corridors and two public toilets, a HALO, two FLOW and two PULSE: €209.50 + VAT per month with the subscription, everything included, or €500.95 including VAT if you prefer to buy the units.
Which fragrance should a hotel choose?
For the lobby, woody or citrus notes that do not tire, such as Nº10 (woody, mineral, citrus) or Nº3 (aquatic, citrus); for corridors and rooms, something lighter such as Green Tea. Your first order includes 5 ml samples so you can decide in your own hotel.
Does it bother guests with allergies?
It is used at low intensity, in the air and never on people or food. You set schedules and output from the app, and you have the safety data sheet for every fragrance.
How much is shipping to Lisbon?
With the subscription, shipping to mainland Portugal is included. If you buy the unit, shipping is free from €60 (otherwise €5.90) and arrives within 7 days at most.
