Short answer: in a dental, aesthetic or medical clinic in Lisbon, the scent has to be discreet: it should take the edge off the smell of disinfectant and make waiting calmer, without patients noticing a strong perfume. The subscription includes the unit, each month's fragrance or neutraliser and shipping to mainland Portugal, with no minimum term (30 days' notice); volume discount from three units. Example: a clinic with a SENSE in the waiting room, a LUME at reception and a PULSE in the toilet come to €102.70 + VAT per month. If you prefer to buy, shipping to mainland Portugal is free from €60.

You get a zone-by-zone proposal with public prices, 5 ml samples with your first order and the safety data sheet for every product. Does a scent help with patient anxiety?
It is not a treatment, but a pleasant smell makes waiting easier and takes the edge off the disinfectant or eugenol smell many patients associate with the dentist. That is why it goes in the waiting room and at reception, at low intensity.
Where should a diffuser not go in a clinic?
In operating theatres, sterile areas and treatment rooms during procedures. Never on people, instruments or food either. In surgeries and treatment rooms, only minimum intensity and between patients.
Which fragrance should a clinic choose?
Clean, light notes: Green Tea, Aqua (clean laundry) or Nº3 (aquatic, citrus). Sweet or intense fragrances are for shops, not waiting rooms.
