1. BENDIS: published prices, purchase or subscription, shipping across Europe
BENDIS is a scent marketing company based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95). It sells professional cold-air nebulizing diffusers, its own fragrances and odour neutralisers through its online shop, and ships across Europe.
What it offers
- Diffusers to buy for spaces from 7 to 1,600 m²: PULSE (7 m²) for €72.99, SENSE (80 m²) for €89.99, FLOW (120 m²) for €79.99, LUME (100 m²) for €109.99, ORBIT (600 m²) for €149.99 or NOVA (1,600 m²) for €389.99. Prices include VAT, exactly as shown in the shop.
- Scenting subscription for businesses in mainland Spain and Portugal: from €29.90/month + VAT (PULSE) to €94.90/month + VAT (NOVA). It includes the equipment and all the fragrance you use each month, with no building work or installation. It is what others call diffuser rental, but with no minimum term: you cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Fragrances in 150 ml (€29.99) and 250 ml (€34.99), plus 5 ml samples to try with your first order.
- Odour neutralisers for tobacco, pets, damp or cooking smells.
Strengths and limitations
The strength is transparency: you see the price, choose the scent and buy. No sales meeting needed. The limitation is just as clear: BENDIS does not do installations or on-site visits. If you need a technician to climb into the false ceiling every month, look for a full-service company.

2. Ambiseint: the largest network in Spain
Ambiseint started in Ibiza and is probably the scenting company with the biggest physical presence in Spain. According to an interview published in Emprendedores in October 2023, it dates back to 2004, has worked as a franchise since 2011 and had 104 service areas (15 company-owned and 89 franchised), more than 100,000 clients in 15 countries and revenue of €7.6 million in 2022.
Its website offers diffusers, automatic nebulizers, refills, odour control, custom signature scents and a full service with a monthly visit. It also sells home products online. It does not publish prices for its business service.
Choose it if you want someone to come by every month and change the refill for you.
3. The Aroma Trace: design and connected diffusers
The Aroma Trace has been operating since 2006, according to its own website (thearomatrace.com). It offers diffusers for homes and businesses (Trace Mist, AromaHex, AromaSlim, AromaColumn, AromaVac) with level alerts and app control, plus custom olfactory identity and a club with a 20% discount. The website we checked does not show equipment prices or coverage in m².
Choose it if the look of the device matters as much as the scent, for example in a boutique hotel.
4. Aromatízame: signature scents and nebulizers
Aromatízame (aromatiza.me) focuses on creating a brand scent (what they call an "odotype") and supplying the equipment. According to its website, its most powerful nebulizers cover up to roughly 1,200 m², can be programmed via Bluetooth or manually, and it also has humidifiers for spaces of up to 30 m². Prices are not published on the homepage.
Choose it if your priority is building your own brand scent.
5. La Casa de los Aromas (Neum): subscription from Valencia
A family business from Valencia, with Laboratorios Neum Spain as its parent company. According to 2023 press coverage, it offers the Neum Cube and Neum Tower diffusers on a subscription basis, with a 5% discount on six-month plans and 10% on annual plans compared with paying monthly. We have not found any public prices.
6. Mood Media (ScentAir)
On its UK website, Mood Media describes itself as the largest commercial distributor of ScentAir, with more than 1,600 fragrances in its catalogue and diffusers for individual zones or connected to the HVAC system. According to Cosmetics Business (2017), ScentAir operates in 109 countries. Pricing is always quote-based.
Choose it if you manage dozens of stores and want a single global supplier.
7. Ambius
Ambius belongs to the Rentokil Initial group and lists Spain and Portugal among its countries. It offers scent plan design, installation, maintenance with cartridge refills and odour control. It does not publish prices.
