You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € including VAT for up to 120 m², and the shop shows the amount in Swedish kronor at checkout. Shipping to Sweden 25,90 €, no customs. It arrives set up: plug it in and run it from the app.
Uppsala is a university city: around the cathedral, the university and the student nations, with their pubs and dining halls, you find cafés, restaurants and bookshops in old buildings. Terraces and cafés line the Fyrisån river, and the city-centre shops are on Drottninggatan, Svartbäcksgatan and Kungsgatan.
The city has a lot of healthcare and research activity: the university hospital, the biomedical campus and Uppsala Science Park bring together clinics, practices, labs and offices with ducted ventilation. A waiting room works with a clean, soft fragrance, and toilets and changing rooms with a neutraliser. Winters are cold and the heating dries the air, so we adjust the intensity by season.
Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we recommend the unit, placement and fragrance. No installation, no building work, no technician visit. We also ship to Knivsta, Enköping, Sigtuna and Arlanda on the same terms. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Scent marketing in Uppsala: frequently asked questions
Which scent suits a clinic or practice in Uppsala?
A clean, soft fragrance (cotton, white tea or citrus) on low intensity in the waiting room: a SENSE (89,99 €, up to 80 m²). In toilets and changing rooms, a PULSE with neutraliser (72,99 €). The clinical smell disappears without patients noticing a strong perfume.
Which unit do I need for a conference hotel in Uppsala or near Arlanda?
If the hotel has ducted ventilation, a HALO (up to 800 m², 194,99 €) spreads the scent through reception and corridors from a single point. Without ducts, a SENSE (89,99 €) at reception and an ORBIT (149,99 €, up to 600 m²) in corridors or meeting rooms.
Are there customs charges if I order from Uppsala?
No. Sweden is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 25,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg and delivery takes 7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with tracking by e-mail. At checkout, the shop shows the amount in Swedish kronor (SEK).
Can I smell the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. Your first order includes 5 ml samples to try in your own space. If you like one more than the fragrance you chose, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly plan with the diffuser included in Sweden?
No. The monthly scenting plan with the unit included (also searched for as diffuser rental) only exists in Spain and Portugal. In Sweden you buy the diffuser once and can add a fragrance subscription, 10% cheaper and with no commitment.
