Professional scenting in Turku

Professional scenting in Turku from BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid: professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain for shops, hotels, restaurants, clinics and offices. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € incl. VAT for up to 120 m², and it reaches Finland configured within 7 days at most. Plug it in and run it from the app.

Turku, the oldest city in Finland, lives facing the Aura river: restaurants, terraces and boat bars line its banks between the cathedral and the castle. The market square (Kauppatori), the Hansa shopping centre and the central shopping streets hold most of the shops, while Kupittaa and the science park bring together offices, startups and clinics. It is also the gateway to the archipelago, with hotels and guesthouses that live from summer tourism.

In winter the heating dries indoor air and windows stay shut for months, so it pays to start at low intensity and raise it from the app. Shops in the centre, restaurants along the Aurajoki, offices in Kupittaa, hotels near the harbour: each space gets its own unit. If you are in Kaarina, Raisio or Naantali, shipping works the same way.

Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will recommend the unit, where to place it and the fragrance. No installation, no works and no technician visit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Professional scenting in Turku: frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to scent a shop in Turku?

For a shop of up to 100 m², a LUME at 109,99 € incl. VAT, or a FLOW (79,99 €, up to 120 m²) if you prefer a battery-powered unit. For larger premises, an ORBIT (149,99 €, up to 600 m²). Fragrance starts at 26,99 € a month on subscription. Shipping to Finland: 25,90 €.

Which scent works best in a shop?

It depends on what you sell and who your customers are. Design and interior shops suit green, elegant scents such as fig or green tea; fashion stores suit fresh woody notes. Your first order includes samples so you can test them in your own shop.

Are there customs charges when ordering from Turku?

No. Finland is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 25,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg and the maximum delivery time is 7 calendar days from order confirmation, with tracking by e-mail.

Can I smell the fragrances before choosing?

Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples so you can try them in your own space. If one works better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.

Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in Finland?

No. The monthly plan with the unit included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Finland you buy the diffuser once and can add a fragrance subscription, 10 % cheaper and with no lock-in.
