Professional scenting in Oulu
Professional scenting in Oulu from BENDIS, a scent marketing company based in Madrid: professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain for offices, hotels, shops, gyms and clinics. You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € incl. VAT for up to 120 m², and it reaches Finland configured within 7 days at most. Plug it in and run it from the app.
Oulu is the big technology city of northern Finland: the Linnanmaa area, with the university and the business parks, is home to offices and software and telecoms companies. In the centre, the Rotuaari pedestrian street, the market square with its Toripolliisi statue and the Valkea shopping centre bring together shops, cafés and restaurants. In 2026 Oulu is the European Capital of Culture, with more visitors, more events and full hotels.
Winters are long and dark, the heating dries indoor air and windows stay shut for months, so it pays to start at low intensity and raise it from the app. A citrus or green scent helps an office or a reception feel fresh in the middle of winter. If you are in Kempele or Kiiminki, shipping works the same way.
Advice is remote: send us the floor area and a few photos by WhatsApp or e-mail and we will recommend the unit, where to place it and the fragrance. No installation, no works and no technician visit. BENDIS publishes its prices and ships from Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95).

Professional scenting in Oulu: frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to scent an office in Oulu?
For an office of up to 120 m², a FLOW at 79,99 € incl. VAT; for open-plan floors of up to 600 m², an ORBIT (149,99 €). If the building has ventilation ducts, a HALO (194,99 €, up to 800 m²). Fragrance starts at 26,99 € a month on subscription. Shipping to Finland: 25,90 €.
Does the winter cold affect the diffuser?
The diffuser works indoors at room temperature, so the cold outside does not affect it. What does change is the air: with the heating on and the windows shut, the scent builds up more, which is why we recommend starting at low intensity and adjusting it from the app.
Are there customs charges when ordering from Oulu?
No. Finland is in the EU, so there are no customs or duties, and VAT is already included in the price you see. Shipping costs 25,90 € per parcel up to 2 kg and the maximum delivery time is 7 calendar days from order confirmation, with tracking by e-mail.
Can I smell the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. Your first order comes with 5 ml samples so you can try them in your own space. If one works better than the fragrance you picked, order it with your next refill.
Is there a monthly diffuser rental plan in Finland?
No. The monthly plan with the unit included is only available in Spain and Portugal. In Finland you buy the diffuser once and can add a fragrance subscription, 10 % cheaper and with no lock-in.
