In Santiago, ambient scenting is most visible in Las Condes, Vitacura and Providencia: financial offices around El Golf, stores and showrooms on Alonso de Córdova, hotels and restaurants that receive foreign clients. Shipping to Chile: €64.90 up to 2 kg (a small or medium diffuser with one refill usually fits in this band), €86.90 from 2 to 5 kg and €139.90 from 5 to 10 kg. Import duties and customs clearance are paid by the recipient, and the courier may ask for your RUT. Delivery to distant destinations takes 30 calendar days at most.
Fragrance refills: what you need to know
Refills (150 ml for €29.99 and 250 ml for €34.99) are liquids, and shipping them outside the European Union may face transport restrictions and customs charges paid by the customer. So we recommend ordering the unit and several refills together, and checking with us first by WhatsApp (+34 604 14 99 33) or email (info@bendis.es) how many to send based on your use.
Typical example: a 110 m² office in Las Condes with a reception. A FLOW on the floor (€79.99) and three 250 ml refills (€104.97). The FLOW uses about 250 ml a month, so that covers three months.

Do you ship scent diffusers to Chile?
Yes. We ship from Madrid to Santiago and any region of Chile. Shipping costs €64.90 up to 2 kg and delivery takes 30 calendar days at most.
Who pays customs and import taxes?
The recipient. Chile is outside the European Union, so import duties and clearance are not included in the website price and are charged by the courier.
Can I order fragrance refills to Chile?
Yes, but they are liquids and may face transport and customs restrictions. It is best to order them with the unit and check the quantity with us on WhatsApp first.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are in euros. Checkout may show the amount converted to Chilean pesos, but the charge is based on the euro price.
Which unit do I need to scent a shop?
Up to 100 m², the LUME (€109.99). If the shop has fitting rooms or a restroom, add a PULSE (€72.99), which also works with neutraliser.
