BENDIS sells professional cold-air scent diffusers, odour neutraliser and fragrances made in Spain to businesses in Montevideo and across Uruguay: hotels, restaurants, shops, offices, clinics and gyms. You buy the diffuser once, from €72.99. It ships from Madrid by international courier already set up, and you control it from the app. No installation and no visits.
Montevideo is humid and windy, with cold winters when venues shut everything and the damp from the Río de la Plata shows in walls, carpets and restrooms. In Pocitos, Carrasco or Ciudad Vieja, many businesses are in old houses and buildings with high ceilings but little ventilation, and there the neutraliser comes before the fragrance. In summer the focus moves to Punta del Este and José Ignacio, with seasonal hotels and restaurants that want their own scent for a few very busy months and then switch the unit off from the app.

Shipping to Uruguay: €64.90 up to 2 kg (a small or medium diffuser with one refill usually fits in this band), €86.90 from 2 to 5 kg and €139.90 from 5 to 10 kg. Import duties and clearance are paid by the recipient, and the courier may ask for your ID (cédula) or RUT. Delivery to distant destinations takes 30 calendar days at most.
Fragrance refills: what you need to know
Refills (150 ml for €29.99 and 250 ml for €34.99) are liquids, and shipping them outside the European Union may face transport restrictions and customs charges paid by the customer. So we recommend ordering the unit and several refills together, and checking with us first by WhatsApp (+34 604 14 99 33) or email (info@bendis.es) how many to send based on your use.
Typical example: a boutique hotel in Punta del Este with a 150 m² lobby. An ORBIT in the lobby (€149.99) and four 250 ml refills (€139.96): at about 300 ml a month, enough for the summer season.
How it works from Uruguay

- We recommend a unit, fragrance and number of refills. With the public price, shipping and monthly use.
- You receive the diffuser ready to go. With 5 ml samples in your first order. Place it, plug it in, done.
- Control it from the app. Intensity, schedules and days; off season, switch it off without unplugging.

Do you ship scent diffusers to Uruguay?
Yes. We ship from Madrid to Montevideo, Punta del Este and anywhere in Uruguay. Shipping costs €64.90 up to 2 kg and delivery takes 30 calendar days at most.
Who pays customs and import taxes?
The recipient. Uruguay is outside the European Union, so import duties and clearance are not included in the website price and are charged by the courier.
Can I order fragrance refills to Uruguay?
Yes, but they are liquids and may face transport and customs restrictions. It is best to order them with the unit and check the quantity with us on WhatsApp first.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are in euros. Checkout may show the amount converted to Uruguayan pesos, but the charge is based on the euro price.
Does it work for a seasonal hotel in Punta del Este?
Yes. You control it from the app and switch it off when the season ends. For a long closure, empty the reservoir so the fragrance does not sit for months.
