Professional Scenting in Bogotá
BENDIS sells professional cold-air scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain to businesses in Bogotá and across Colombia: hotels, restaurants, shops, offices, clinics and gyms. You buy the unit once, from €72.99. It ships from Madrid by international courier already set up, and you control it from the app. No installation and no visits.
Bogotá sits at 2,600 metres and has a cool climate all year, with frequent rain and few venues with air conditioning. That means closed spaces, little air renewal and damp that settles in carpets, basements and restrooms. In Zona T, Chapinero, Usaquén or Calle 93, restaurants, hotels and shops that care about the experience treat ambient scenting as part of the brand, and offices along Calle 26 and Carrera Séptima use it in receptions and meeting rooms.
We advise you remotely by WhatsApp (+34 604 14 99 33) or email (info@bendis.es): send us the floor area and photos and we tell you which unit and fragrance suit your business. BENDIS is based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95) and publishes its prices.

What scenting costs in Bogotá
In Colombia we sell the equipment: you pay once and it is yours. Website prices in euros (checkout may show the amount in Colombian pesos):
| Space | Model | Coverage | Price | Approx. use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Restroom or fitting room | PULSE | Up to 7 m² | €72.99 | 50 ml/month |
| Clinic or meeting room | SENSE | Up to 80 m² | €89.99 | 100 ml/month |
| Shop or reception | LUME | Up to 100 m² | €109.99 | 150 ml/month |
| Restaurant or office | FLOW | Up to 120 m² | €79.99 | 250 ml/month |
| Hotel lobby or gym | ORBIT | Up to 600 m² | €149.99 | 300 ml/month |

Shipping to Colombia: €64.90 up to 2 kg (a small or medium diffuser with one refill usually fits in this band), €86.90 from 2 to 5 kg and €139.90 from 5 to 10 kg. Import duties and clearance are paid by the recipient, and the courier may ask for your ID (cédula) or NIT. Delivery to distant destinations takes 30 calendar days at most.
Fragrance refills: what you need to know
Refills (150 ml for €29.99 and 250 ml for €34.99) are liquids, and shipping them outside the European Union may face transport restrictions and customs charges paid by the customer. So we recommend ordering the unit and several refills together, and checking with us first by WhatsApp (+34 604 14 99 33) or email (info@bendis.es) how many to send based on your use.
Typical example: a 100 m² restaurant in Zona G with one restroom. A FLOW in the dining room (€79.99), a PULSE with neutraliser in the restroom (€72.99) and two 250 ml refills (€69.98). They use about 300 ml a month, so it pays to order several months of refills together.

Scenting in Colombia: FAQ
Do you ship scent diffusers to Colombia?
Yes. We ship from Madrid to Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Cartagena and any city in Colombia. Shipping costs €64.90 up to 2 kg and delivery takes 30 calendar days at most.
Who pays customs and import taxes?
The recipient. Colombia is outside the European Union, so import duties and clearance are not included in the website price and are charged by the courier.
Can I order fragrance refills to Colombia?
Yes, but they are liquids and may face transport and customs restrictions. It is best to order them with the unit and check the quantity with us on WhatsApp first.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are in euros. Checkout may show the amount converted to Colombian pesos, but the charge is based on the euro price.
Does the diffuser work in a venue without air conditioning?
Yes. Standalone units need no HVAC: they nebulise the fragrance cold and spread it through the space. In Bogotá, with closed, poorly ventilated venues, low intensity and scheduled pauses work best.
