Professional Scenting in Lima
BENDIS sells professional cold-air scent diffusers, odour neutraliser and fragrances made in Spain to businesses in Lima and across Peru: hotels, restaurants, shops, offices, clinics and gyms. You buy the unit once, from €72.99. It ships from Madrid by international courier already set up, and you control it from the app. No installation and no visits.
Lima has one smell problem almost every venue shares: damp. With the garúa drizzle and grey skies from May to November and very high humidity all year, closed spaces in Miraflores, San Isidro or Barranco smell stale as soon as the shutters stay down for a couple of days. Ambient scenting in Lima usually starts with the neutraliser in basements, restrooms and storerooms, and then fragrance at the entrance and customer areas.
Lima is also a food capital, and cevicherías, pollerías and Nikkei restaurants live with intense cooking and fish smells that should not reach the dining room or restrooms. Hotels in Miraflores and offices in San Isidro, on the other hand, want a clean, recognisable scent at reception. We advise you remotely by WhatsApp (+34 604 14 99 33) or email (info@bendis.es). BENDIS is based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95) and publishes its prices.

Shipping to Peru: €64.90 up to 2 kg (a small or medium diffuser with one refill usually fits in this band), €86.90 from 2 to 5 kg and €139.90 from 5 to 10 kg. Import duties and clearance are paid by the recipient, and the courier may ask for your DNI or RUC. Delivery to distant destinations takes 30 calendar days at most.
Fragrance refills: what you need to know
Refills (150 ml for €29.99 and 250 ml for €34.99) are liquids, and shipping them outside the European Union may face transport restrictions and customs charges paid by the customer. So we recommend ordering the unit and several refills together, and checking with us first by WhatsApp (+34 604 14 99 33) or email (info@bendis.es) how many to send based on your use.
Typical example: a 90 m² cevichería in Miraflores with two restrooms. A FLOW in the dining room (€79.99), two PULSE units with neutraliser in the restrooms (€145.98) and two 250 ml refills (€69.98).

Scenting in Peru: FAQ
Do you ship scent diffusers to Peru?
Yes. We ship from Madrid to Lima, Arequipa, Cusco and any city in Peru. Shipping costs €64.90 up to 2 kg and delivery takes 30 calendar days at most.
Who pays customs and import taxes?
The recipient. Peru is outside the European Union, so import duties and clearance are not included in the website price and are charged by the courier.
Can I order fragrance refills to Peru?
Yes, but they are liquids and may face transport and customs restrictions. It is best to order them with the unit and check the quantity with us on WhatsApp first.
How do you remove the damp smell from a venue in Lima?
With the neutraliser, which removes the odour molecule instead of masking it. It goes where damp builds up (restrooms, basements, storerooms) and is programmed to keep working while the venue is closed.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are in euros. Checkout may show the amount converted to soles, but the charge is based on the euro price.
