Professional scenting in Pamplona

What it costs to scent a venue in Pamplona

The price depends on the area to cover and whether the diffuser is standalone or connected to the air-conditioning ducts. These are the cases we are asked for most here.

EXAMPLE: a pintxos bar with a 95 m² room and two toilets uses a LUME in the room, €37.90 + VAT, and two PULSE units with neutralizer, €29.90 + VAT each. Total, €97.70 + VAT a month, refills included, with a volume discount for three diffusers.

What the monthly scenting plan includes

A fixed monthly payment, with no setup fee and no technician visit. This is what the fee includes.

• The diffuser provided for as long as you are a customer, standalone or connected to the air-conditioning ducts.
• Fragrance every month in the amount the model uses, from 50 ml for the PULSE to 1,000 ml for the NOVA.
• More than 300 fragrances and neutralizers for bars, toilets and storerooms, which are the critical part in a nightlife venue.
• Free changes of scent and schedule to step up intensity for the San Fermín festival and go back to normal afterwards.
• Support and replacement of the diffuser if it fails, and cancellation with 30 days' notice. No minimum term.

How it gets started in Pamplona

Four steps, with no building work and no need for anyone to visit your venue.

1. Tell us about your venue on 911 097 050: size of each zone, whether there is a bar, kitchen, toilets or ducted air conditioning.
2. Choose a fragrance from the catalogue. There are 5 ml samples at €1.50 to try in your venue before deciding anything.
3. Receive the diffuser by courier already configured with schedules and intensity. Place it, plug it in and it starts working.
4. Adjust by date before July the cycle is increased for the San Fermín peak, and in autumn it goes back to the everyday level.

Frequently asked questions about scenting in Pamplona

How much does it cost to scent a venue in Pamplona?

The BENDIS monthly scenting plan starts at €29.90 + VAT a month with the PULSE, for up to 7 m². A bar room up to 100 m² costs €37.90 + VAT with the LUME, an office up to 120 m² €39.90 + VAT with the FLOW and a 600 m² pub €54.90 + VAT.

Does BENDIS serve Pamplona?

Yes. BENDIS has its head office at Paseo de la Castellana 95, Torre Europa, planta 28, 28046 Madrid, and serves all of Spain and Portugal. To Pamplona and Navarre, including Barañáin, Burlada, Zizur and Tudela, the diffuser is shipped by courier already configured, with no technician visit.

Can I increase the intensity just for San Fermín?

Yes. The schedule is changed on the diffuser itself whenever you like, at no cost and with no advance notice. Many venues in the Casco Viejo increase the cycle that week and lower it as soon as it is over. If you run short of fragrance, the monthly refill is already included in the fee.

Does it work on the smell of spilled drinks?

With neutralizer, yes. It is what BENDIS uses in bars and toilets of nightlife venues, where fragrance alone isn't enough. The usual setup is one PULSE per toilet, €29.90 + VAT a month with a 50 ml refill, and a pleasant scent for the main room with a larger diffuser.

Do I have to buy the diffuser or commit to a minimum term?

No. It works like renting with no minimum term: the diffuser is included in the fee, you pay no setup fee or technician visit and you cancel with 30 days' notice. A venue that only wants to boost the atmosphere in summer can activate it and close it with no penalty at all.
