Cafés: what it costs
A 60 to 80 m² neighbourhood café is covered with a SENSE in the seating area (€89.99 to buy, or €34.90 + VAT a month) and, if the toilet has no window, a PULSE with neutraliser (€72.99, or €29.90 + VAT a month). Restaurants: what it costs
In a restaurant the priority is that the dining room doesn't smell of the kitchen. The usual set-up: a FLOW in the dining room with neutraliser or a very soft fragrance outside service hours, a PULSE in the toilets and, if there is an entrance or waiting area, a LUME. Hotels: what it costs
A city hotel with 30 to 60 rooms usually has an ORBIT in the lobby, two or three SENSE in corridors, a PULSE in shared toilets and a FLOW in the breakfast room. On the monthly plan that is between €230 and €300 + VAT a month before the volume discount, which applies from three diffusers. Monthly plan or purchase: which pays off
- Monthly plan: no upfront investment, fragrance included, no minimum term. It suits businesses that don't want to track refills or consumption. Spain and Portugal only.
- Purchase: you pay for the diffuser once and reorder refills when you want. It suits low consumption or businesses outside Spain and Portugal.
As a rule of thumb, the more hours a day the diffuser runs and the bigger the area, the more the monthly plan makes sense, because fragrance consumption is included.
