Restaurant Scenting in Austria

A dining room of up to 120 m² is scented with a FLOW at €79.99 including VAT, which is yours from day one. It arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no visits.
Since November 2019 there has been no smoking in Austrian hospitality, but many venues still carry years of smoke in the wood, curtains and upholstery. In a village Wirtshaus or a wood-panelled Viennese coffee house, the answer is not to scent over it: neutralise first and, if you like, add a gentle fragrance afterwards. The same goes for après-ski bars in Tyrol and Salzburg, with wet clothes, beer and lots of people in a small space.
In the fine-dining restaurants of Vienna, Graz or Salzburg we scent the entrance, cloakroom and restrooms at low intensity, with pauses during service, and never put a unit in the kitchen: food hygiene rules (HACCP) require chemicals to be kept away from food. With long winters and closed windows, a cloakroom full of coats is one of the areas that benefits most from the neutraliser.

In Austria we sell the equipment: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

Which scent diffuser do I need for a restaurant in Austria?
For a dining room of up to 120 m² the FLOW (€79.99); for a café of up to 100 m² the LUME (€109.99); for a Wirtshaus or bar of up to 600 m² the ORBIT (€149.99). In restrooms and cloakroom a PULSE with neutraliser (€72.99). Prices include VAT.
Can an old smoke smell be removed from a venue?
Yes, with the neutraliser, which removes the odour molecule instead of covering it. In venues with years of smoke it is best used continuously for a few weeks before adding fragrance.
Does the scent interfere with eating?
Not when set up properly: clean fragrances, low intensity and pauses during service, focused on the entrance, cloakroom and restrooms.
How long does shipping to Austria take, and are there customs fees?
7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with tracking. Shipping within the EU: no customs, VAT included. It costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.
Is there a rental model in Austria?
No. The monthly plan with equipment is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In Austria you buy the unit and can subscribe to the fragrance for 10% less.
