Office Scent Diffusers in Austria
BENDIS sells professional scent diffusers and fragrances made in Spain to offices, coworking spaces and headquarters across Austria. An office of up to 120 m² is scented with a FLOW at €79.99 including VAT, and an open-plan floor of up to 600 m² with an ORBIT at €149.99. You buy the unit once, it arrives already set up within 7 days at most and you control it from the app. No installation, no building work, no visits.
Vienna is home to international organisations, banks and companies that run their Central and Eastern European business from here, between Donau City, the Opera district and the office towers along the Danube Canal. Graz, Linz, Salzburg and Innsbruck have their own mix of industry, technology and professional firms. Everywhere, reception and meeting rooms welcome clients daily, and smell is part of how a company is perceived.
In Austria the Workplace Ordinance (Arbeitsstättenverordnung) requires sufficient air at workstations, so the diffuser does not replace ventilation: it complements it. With long winters, heating and closed windows, meeting rooms get stuffy quickly, and offices in Vienna's old buildings collect a musty smell in corridors and archives. We use fresh notes, low intensity and schedules that follow the working day.
We support you in writing in German and by phone in English or Spanish. BENDIS is based in Madrid (Torre Europa, Paseo de la Castellana 95), publishes its prices and ships across the EU.

Which scent diffuser suits an office in Austria?
Up to 120 m² the FLOW (€79.99), for an open-plan office up to 600 m² the ORBIT (€149.99), at reception the LUME (€109.99), in restrooms a PULSE with neutraliser (€72.99). Prices include VAT.
Does the scent bother employees?
Not at low intensity, with pauses and fresh notes. Anyone who prefers gets an unscented area, and the unit focuses on reception, meeting rooms and restrooms.
Can an office building be scented through the ventilation?
Yes. The HALO (up to 800 m²) and the NOVA (up to 1,600 m²) connect to existing ducts without building work. You only need access to the ventilation unit.
How long does shipping to Austria take, and are there customs fees?
7 calendar days at most from confirmation, with tracking. Shipping within the EU: no customs, VAT included. It costs €19.90 up to 2 kg.
Is there a scent marketing plan with equipment in Austria?
No. The monthly plan with equipment and fragrance is only offered in Spain and Portugal. In Austria you buy the unit, it is yours, and you can subscribe to the fragrance.
