You buy the diffuser once, from 79,99 € including VAT for a space up to 120 m², it arrives configured and you control it from the app. No installation.
Monaco is small and dense, and almost everything is in front of a demanding client. Around Casino Square and the Carré d'Or are the historic hotels, jewellers and fashion boutiques; in the office buildings, private banks, family offices and firms receive visitors every day. In a reception like that, scent is part of the image just like the marble or the lighting, and it has to be discreet: noticeable when you walk in, without anyone leaving smelling of it.
The calendar matters too. The Grand Prix in May and the Monaco Yacht Show in September fill hotels, restaurants and the harbour, and the yachts in Port Hercule and Fontvieille spend weeks moored with closed cabins and sea damp. In Monaco you buy the unit: you pay once and it is yours. The monthly plan with the diffuser included is only available in Spain and Portugal. Purchase prices including VAT:

Fragrance refills: 150 ml for 29,99 € and 250 ml for 34,99 €. With the monthly subscription for the same size you pay 10 % less (26,99 € and 31,49 €) and can cancel anytime.

Frequently asked questions about scenting in Monaco
How much does it cost to scent a boutique or an office in Monaco?
A boutique up to 100 m² is covered by a LUME for 109,99 €, and a reception or private office up to 80 m² by a SENSE for 89,99 €. If the building has ducted air conditioning, a HALO (up to 800 m², 194,99 €) spreads the scent across several areas. VAT included and paid once; after that you only pay for fragrance.
What intensity suits a luxury boutique?
Low. The scent should be recognisable when you walk in, without clinging to the customer's clothes or competing with the perfume they wear. In the app you adjust intensity by time slot, a little more first thing and less when the shop is busy, for example. With the 5 ml samples in your first order you try it in your own space first.
Can it be used on a yacht moored in Port Hercule?
Yes, in cabins and indoor saloons with a power socket, with the boat moored. A ROAM (59,99 €) for each cabin and a PULSE with neutralizer for the heads. Place it somewhere fixed and switch it off from the app when you head out to sea.
How does shipping to Monaco work, and are there customs duties?
Monaco is part of the European Union customs territory together with France and applies French VAT, so there are no customs or duties. Is there a monthly diffuser rental in Monaco?
