Scenting isn't a luxury: it's a tool that works on how a space is perceived, how long people stay and how well a brand is remembered. These are some of the spaces we work in and how we approached each one.

Four Seasons Madrid

Scenting of the public areas in a luxury hotel in the historic center, coordinated with the operations team. The approach was minimal intervention: a discreet, constant note aligned with the brand experience, with no visible equipment in the main areas.

Grupo Paraguas

Ten Con Ten, Numa Pompilio, Amazónico and the rest of the group share a very high front-of-house standard. The challenge was keeping consistency across venues with different concepts without the scent competing with the kitchen: low intensity in the dining room and neutralization work in the restrooms and back of house.

Cañas y Tapas

More than fifteen venues sharing the same scent signature. The classic chain scenario: customers have to recognize the place whichever location they walk into, and monthly refills have to arrive without each venue having to remember to order.

Ramón Freixa Madrid

A two-Michelin-star restaurant. Here the scent in the dining room is almost imperceptible by design: in fine dining the diner's sense of smell is part of the dish and any interference takes away from it. The work focused on the entrance and the restrooms.

Galería Canalejas

A retail and dining destination in a historic building. Scenting in keeping with the setting, accompanying visitors along the way without interfering with what each venue offers.

Gran Meliá

Sensory consistency in the lobby and public areas, with scent as part of the hotel's identity rather than generic ambience.

What they have in common

In every case the starting point was the same: defining zone by zone what is needed — fragrance, neutralizer or both — and at what intensity. A hotel is not a restaurant, and within a hotel the lobby is not the restroom. That is the difference between professional scenting and simply putting in a diffuser.
