What if someone on the team has a perfume allergy?

We use certified hypoallergenic scents that are specifically formulated for environments with sensitive people. Additionally, the intensity is much lower than that of a household air freshener. In specific cases, we can program scent-free zones.

How much does it cost for a 200 m² office?

Approximately between €70 and €120/month, all-inclusive (device, monthly scent, maintenance, and replenishment). Each proposal is adjusted to the size and number of zones.

Does it connect to our climate control system?

Yes. For centralized HVAC systems, we use equipment that connects to the duct and distributes the scent throughout the office. For offices without HVAC, independent units achieve the same result.

Can I program intensity by hours?

Yes. All our equipment allows programming by time slots. High-end models are controlled from a mobile app.

Can I change the scent over time?

Yes. Scent rotation by season is a recommended practice so that your team doesn't get so used to it that they stop noticing it. We change the scent at no extra cost while you are a client.

Do I need permission from the building landlord?

For offices in rental buildings, our equipment is independent and requires no modifications to the premises. There is no need to ask the property owner for permission.
