Rental with a minimum term and rental without one
There are two models in scent diffuser rental. The first sets a minimum term, usually 36 months, and spreads the cost of the unit over that period. The second sets no term and is canceled with notice. The monthly fee can look similar; the total commitment does not. A 36-month contract at 55.50 €/month adds up to 1,998 € before you can cancel. A plan with no minimum term adds up only the months you use.

What happens if I cancel the BENDIS plan after three months?
You give 30 days' notice and the plan ends. There is no penalty and no outstanding fees. That is the main difference from a 36-month contract.
How much does a 36-month Sense Company contract add up to?

Does the BENDIS plan include fragrance?
Yes. It includes each month's fragrance for the unit on the plan. If the space needs more, refills cost 29.99 € (150 ml) and 34.99 € (250 ml). As an indicative reference, 250 ml lasts about 2 months depending on intensity, schedule and floor area.
Can I sign up for the BENDIS plan in France or Germany?
No. The plan is available only in Spain and Portugal. In France and Germany the unit is sold outright, with shipping from 19.90 € up to 2 kg and no customs inside the EU.
What is the difference between rental, leasing and a monthly scenting fee?
In practice they are the same model: a monthly payment for the use of the unit. The difference lies in the term and in what is included. BENDIS uses the term monthly scenting fee because the payment covers unit and fragrance and has no minimum term.
