BENDIS offers cold-air scent diffusers for almost any space, from a 7 m² bathroom to commercial premises of 1.600 m². For a typical home, entry-level models cost between 72,99 € and 109,99 € (VAT included), with fragrance intensity controlled via the app and gentle scents such as Aqua or Green Tea. BENDIS is a Spanish company based in Madrid, and its fragrances are formulated in Spain. Here we answer the 5 questions we hear most often before a purchase, including when we would not recommend one of our diffusers.

Is a BENDIS diffuser suitable for a small home?
Yes. You do not need a large unit for a one or two-bedroom flat. Four home models cover spaces from 7 to 120 m². If you are torn between two models, choose the one with the smaller coverage area for a single room, or FLOW if you want to scent the entire flat. A diffuser purchased on its own does not include fragrance, but the Welcome Pack does (diffuser + 150 ml fragrance + 2 samples). You can also choose the colour and scent in the pack.

Is a BENDIS diffuser expensive to run?
No. You pay for the diffuser once and only need to top up the fragrance, starting at 24,99 € for a 150 ml bottle, with a further 10 % off by subscription. PULSE uses around 50 ml a month and SENSE around 100 ml, which works out to roughly 6 € and 12 € a month respectively with our natural fragrance range. Actual use depends on the intensity and operating hours you set in the app.

Scenting the whole home
One room or every room, even with the doors closed.
Can I scent the whole home with the doors closed?
A diffuser scents the room it is placed in. If you want fragrance throughout your home while doors are closed, you have two options: place a small diffuser in each area, or connect a unit to your ducted air-conditioning system using the HVAC connection kit. This distributes fragrance through the vents in every room. Send us your floor area and a photo, and we will recommend the most suitable option.

Pets and scent sensitivity
Adjust it to suit everyone at home.
Can I use one if I have pets or am sensitive to smells?
For homes with cats, we offer two fragrances formulated with them in mind, Tropical Breeze and Lemongrass. Always use them at low intensity (no higher than level 3), and ask us for details. If you are sensitive to smells, start with short diffusion cycles and longer pauses in the app, then increase gradually. We do not recommend our diffusers for homes with birds.

Subtle fragrance
You decide how noticeable the scent is.
What if I prefer a very subtle scent?
The intensity is not fixed. You choose how many seconds the diffuser runs, how long it pauses and the hours it operates. For a gentle scent, our favourites include Aqua (fresh laundry) and Green Tea. Your first order includes 2 samples, so you can compare scents before ordering again.
