What it costs to scent a veterinary clinic, zone by zone

The fee is per diffuser and per zone. These are list prices, with diffuser and product included every month.

Real example: a clinic with a waiting room (SENSE, €34.90 + VAT), hospitalization with neutralizer (FLOW, €39.90 + VAT) and toilet (PULSE, €29.90 + VAT) pays €104.70 + VAT a month for all three zones. From the third diffuser a volume discount applies.

What the monthly scenting plan includes

The monthly price in the table is fixed. This is what goes into it. The plan is available in Spain and Portugal; in other countries you can buy the diffuser and order refills separately.

• The diffuser the cold-air nebulizer is included in the fee, on a rental basis, with no setup fee or upfront investment.
• Fragrance every month you receive the refill your diffuser uses, with more than 300 fragrances made in Spain to choose from.
• Neutralizers for hospitalization, kennels and the waiting room, where organic odours call for a neutralizing product, not perfume.
• Adjustable intensity we work at the minimum, and some areas are left unscented, such as the operating theatre and sterile areas.
• No minimum term cancel with 30 days' notice, and with three or more diffusers a volume discount applies.

How much does it cost to scent a veterinary clinic?

Can it bother the animals?

That is why BENDIS works at minimum intensity and prioritizes neutralizer over fragrance. In hospitalization and kennels the scent can be left out, and the operating theatre is never scented. The SENSE also runs below 30 dB, so it adds no noise to the waiting room.

Does it reduce kennel and urine odours?

It clearly reduces them with neutralizer, always combined with the clinic's usual cleaning. Fragrance alone doesn't work there: it mixes with the organic odour and the result is worse. For that area the FLOW covers up to 120 m² for €39.90 + VAT a month, using 250 ml.

Which fragrance is used in reception?

Clean, neutral, very faint notes. BENDIS has more than 300 fragrances in its catalogue and sends 5 ml samples at €1.50 to try in the clinic before deciding. The chosen fragrance is refilled every month within the fee, at no extra cost, and can be changed with the next delivery.

Does anything need installing, or is there a minimum term?

No. BENDIS standalone diffusers plug in and work in 5 minutes, with no setup fee or technician visit. The plan can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Only the ATMOS (€64.90 + VAT a month, up to 600 m²) and the HALO (€69.90 + VAT a month, up to 800 m²) connect to the clinic's existing air-conditioning ducts.
