Scenting a venue in Spain costs between €29.90 and €94.90 a month plus VAT on a monthly plan, or between €59.99 and €389.99 to buy the unit plus the cost of fragrance. The price depends on the square metres to cover and the monthly fragrance consumption, not on the sector or type of business. A 100 m² bar and a 100 m² clinic pay the same.

The monthly plan includes the nebulizer and the month's fragrance. A purchase includes only the device: fragrance is ordered separately.
What the fragrance costs
The second cost item is the fragrance. BENDIS has two ranges and two sizes:

With a refill subscription in the same size, a 10% discount applies to those prices.
Examples of real cost by type of venue
120 m² restaurant, entrance and dining room. A FLOW covers the 120 m² and uses about 250 ml a month. On a monthly plan it is €39.90 + VAT a month with fragrance included. Bought outright it is €79.99 once, plus about €29.99 a month for a natural refill.
80 m² clinic or office. A SENSE, the quietest unit in the range at under 30 dB, uses about 100 ml a month. On a monthly plan, €34.90 + VAT.
Hotel with a 600 m² lobby. A standalone ORBIT or an ATMOS connected to the air-conditioning ducts. On a monthly plan, €54.90 or €64.90 + VAT respectively.
7 m² bathroom or toilet. A PULSE with neutralizer. On a monthly plan, €29.90 + VAT. This is the real entry price of professional scenting in Spain.
Why prices in the sector vary so much
In Spain, professional scenting has almost always been sold as a closed service contract, with the cost of the unit built into the fee and no public price list. When prices are not visible, comparing is impossible and customers pay whatever they are told.
BENDIS sells under its own brand and publishes purchase and monthly plan prices on the website. That is the whole trick. There is no sales structure to fund, so the unit costs what it costs.
Frequently asked questions about price
Is there an installation cost?
No. The units arrive factory-configured and are placed with no building work, no installation and no technical visit. There is no set-up fee.
Does the monthly plan have a minimum term?
No. The plan runs indefinitely and is cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Does the price change by sector?
No. You pay for coverage and fragrance consumption. A 600 m² gym and a 600 m² hotel pay the same monthly fee.
How long does a refill last?
It depends on the unit and the hours it runs. A venue open during normal business hours with a FLOW uses roughly one 250 ml bottle a month. A PULSE in a toilet can go five months on the same bottle.
