Short answer: Ambiseint and BENDIS publish their prices, but they do not sell the same thing. Ambiseint is a service with a technician who visits every 28 days and has lower fees on small units (€19.90 a month for the NebuMini, and it advertises fees from around €12 a month per diffuser). BENDIS does not make visits: it ships the unit configured, and it works out cheaper when buying the unit, on loose refills and in spaces of around 600 m².

What Ambiseint is and what BENDIS is
Ambiseint is a scent marketing company founded in Ibiza, with more than 100 points of sale and franchises in Spain and outside Spain. It sells air fresheners and nebulizers in its online shop and offers an all-inclusive service in which a technician installs the unit and visits every 28 days.
BENDIS is a scenting company based in Madrid. It manufactures cold-air scent nebulizers for spaces from 7 to 1,600 m² and develops its fragrances in Spain. It sells online at public prices and offers businesses in Spain and Portugal a monthly scenting plan with the unit, one refill a month and shipping included. There is no technical visit: the unit arrives configured and guidance is given remotely.

Ambiseint nebulizers include a first refill; BENDIS ones do not, so the fragrance is chosen separately or with a welcome pack. On bendis.es prices are shown with VAT: FLOW €79.99, LUME €109.99, ORBIT €149.99 and ATMOS €229.99.

With VAT, a 250 ml BENDIS refill costs €29.99 or €34.99, with no need to buy in packs. Ambiseint lowers the per-unit price considerably if you buy 6 or 12 refills. This is the difference that weighs most over time, because a 120 m² unit such as the FLOW uses about 250 ml a month.

Ambiseint does not state on its website whether the fee includes VAT. Both companies say they work with no minimum term; at BENDIS the fee is canceled with 30 days' notice.
What changes is the model. According to its website, Ambiseint's fee includes installation and periodic replenishment, and its frequently asked questions say a technician visits every 28 days to refill the diffusers. BENDIS's includes the unit, one fragrance refill a month and shipping, with no visits: the customer loads the refill and cleans the nebulizer with a kit every 3 months. In the industry this is usually called diffuser rental, but without a technician.
When to choose each one
- Ambiseint fits if you want someone to come and change the fragrance and check the unit, and your premises are small: its entry fee is lower.
- BENDIS fits if you prefer to buy the unit and spend less on refills, if the space is around 600 m², or if you want to see all the prices before talking to anyone.

Is BENDIS cheaper than Ambiseint?
When buying the unit, at almost every size. On loose refills too: €28.92 + VAT for a 250 ml perfumery refill versus €42.55 per unit at Ambiseint, which drops to €26.02 per unit (Natural) if you buy 12. With a monthly fee, Ambiseint is cheaper on small units (€19.90 a month) and BENDIS in spaces of around 600 m² (€54.90 + VAT versus €69.90).
Does either of them have a minimum term?
According to their websites, neither does. At BENDIS the fee is open-ended and is canceled with 30 days' notice.
Does BENDIS install the unit?
No. The nebulizers arrive configured and just plug in; ATMOS and HALO can be connected to HVAC ducts. Guidance is given remotely, by phone, WhatsApp or with photos of the premises.
Can I try the scents beforehand?
At BENDIS, the first order includes 2 fragrance samples, and loose 5 ml samples can also be ordered. Ambiseint sells a pack of 4 samples for €12.39 (€14.99 with VAT) with a 50% coupon for the next purchase, and offers a free trial of its service on request.
